John B. Floyd founded our law firm, Floyd, Skeren & Kelly, LLP, in
1987. Under his leadership, our firm has experienced steady growth-we
now have 13 offices throughout the state of California, along with one
in the state of Nevada. Attorney Floyd devotes his practice to DUI and
criminal defense, serving as fierce protector of his clients' rights.
When it comes to DUI defense, Attorney Floyd brings exceptional value to
the cases he handles, as he has a keen understanding of how the DUI testing
process works. He is a certified instructor of the administration of standardized
field sobriety tests (SFSTs), having earned his certification from the
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the International
Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP). To keep his legal knowledge up-to-date,
Attorney Floyd frequently attends DUI defense-related seminars and lectures.
